How to Play Frogger

Hop forward through road traffic, then stay on moving logs across the river. Reach an unfilled goal before the timer expires. Cars, water, invalid goals, and timeouts cost a life.

Controls

  • Use the arrow keys or WASD to hop one space.
  • Use the on-screen D-pad on mobile.
  • Press Escape to pause.

Scoring and Leaderboard

Each first-time forward hop scores 10 points, a reached goal adds 50, and filling all five goals adds a 200-point level-clear bonus. Later levels gradually raise lane speed to a 90% cap and shorten the timer to a 20-second floor.

You can play without an account. Score submission asks only for player initials.

Pause between lanes

Safe strips are places to read the next traffic pattern instead of rushing forward.

Watch log direction

Account for the log carrying the frog sideways before making the next jump.

Use open goals first

As goal spaces fill, plan the river route toward one that is still available.
